I trust you are doing well. Here are a few things coming up that I wanted to let you know about.

SUPERBOWL PARTY –Whether you’re a Steelers or Cardinals fan or maybe you just like the commercials and halftime show, you are invited to come and watch the game with friends Sunday, Feb. 1. Location is TBA, but you are asked to bring a 2 liter bottle of pop or a bag of chips. If you plan to attend, please RSVP by email, facebook me, or send me a text message.

SPIRITUAL FORMATION RETREAT – We are partnering with Trevecca Nazarene University to provide a weekend at the Abbey of Gethsemani. The focus for the weekend is “Silence & Listening for the Voice of God”. The cost is $60 (includes 2 nights, 7 meals & transportation). Registration has already begun and spaces are filling quickly. You can register or find out more about this retreat by visiting: www.trevecca.edu/spiritualformation/retreat.

HELPING OUT AT THE RESCUE MISSION – We have recently started serving at the Rescue Mission on Monday nights (4:30 – 7pm). If you are interested in getting involoved, please contact Pastor Ken.

SUNDAY SCHOOL – Our Series “Why do the best letters come from prison?” continues this Sunday morning, 9am in room 227. This week we will investigate what problems the Church in Philippi faced and what instruction Paul had for them. Plan to join us.

Get outside and enjoy this beautiful weather! Grace and peace.
